Refund & Returns Policy
A refund can be obtained for unopened paints returned within 14 days and an exchange can be arranged on purchases up to 28 days of receipt of purchase. Should you wish to return items purchased online you can do so by courier, all return products are the senders responsibility until we receive delivery. Proud Paints™ can help with arranging delivery, email our office with your request & purchase details to info@proudpaints.com
Paints that have been tinted as per your colour choice from our full colour range, we cannot accept as returns for a refund, only returned paint that has not been specially tinted i.e. Brilliant White can be accepted for a refund within the 14-day period.
When returning please ensure the goods are securely packaged. Include with your return: Your Name – Invoice no – Description of the items you are returning and reason for returning. We always recommend you make prior contact with our office on +353 (0) 1 6177 955.
Returns to be forwarded to Proud Paints Ltd, Unit 41 Premier Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 Ireland, D11 XD23. Your refund will be issued once the return goods have been received by us, inspected for quality and approved for resale/restocking. Please allow sufficient time for this refund. Items that are damaged, dinted, shabby looking etc. cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange, and you will carry the cost of reshipping if necessary.
Where paint is delivered faulty, damaged upon delivery by courier, we will replace order at no extra cost to you within 2-3 days or if the order is incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge, you shall bear no expense. Please note that all breakages/damaged goods noted by you on receipt must be made aware to the driver of the delivery and documented and immediately notify Proud Paints upon your receipt of same. Do not accept damaged paint goods from the couriering service, as we have our goods insured, and will immediately replace and deliver free of charge the damage paint products.
The original delivery charge will not be refunded if an item is unwanted. Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach Proud Paints ™. We recommend you use a courier service that insures the value of the goods you are returning.
Refunds can only be made for the original purchase. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. If the original payment type is unavailable, we can offer you an exchange or an equivalent value voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights
